NEW !  Just announced and in its early planning stages, Welcome to Astrocam and the Astronomers Network. Operating inside the DTLab is ASTROCAM. A fully remote controlled  network accessible six inch APO refractor with a ZWO ASI 6200MM-PRO FF 3.0 MONO COOLED CMOS camera,  which will use the latest AI to plate comparison and 3D model Near Earth Objects (NEOs). Linking other FAR remote telescopes in the Astronomers Network  through Roys NEW Astroferometer  parallax comparison software (APCS)  to determine NEO distance and trajectory in the shortest possible amount of time. (Roys APCS software is currently in Pre-Alpha stage).  Astrocam is a  really fun way for Amateur Astronomers to connect and contribute to a real world problem, creating more telescope time in bigger commercial observatories for other scientific work.  Whats even better is During Beta testing APCS will become fully open source !
